           The couplings are highly elastic, backlash free, absorb shocks and dampen vibrations. Tyre couplings provide all the desirable features of an ideal flexible coupling, including Taper Lock fixing. Tyre coupling is a "torsionally elastic" coupling offering versatility to designers and engineers with a choice of flange combinations to suit most applications.


Features :-

>> Requires neither special tools nor skilled labour to assemble. Alignment is quickly checked by placing a straight edge.

>> Because there are no moving parts, no lubrication is required. Periodic visiual inspections of the tyre is all that is necessary to maintain.

>> Misalignment up ot 6mm, angular mis alignment  up to 40 and end float up to 8mm.

>> To replace flexible element simply loosen the clamping screws, remove the tyre and replace with a new one.

>> Reduces vibration and torsional oscillations developed in internal combustion engines, the  amplitude of which increases.
